How long is a lesson?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. We also offer 30-minute and 90-minute options on request.
Where do online lessons happen?
Most students use Zoom or Google Meet. We’ll share a link after booking. WhatsApp is available for quick practice and reminders.
Do I need a placement test?
If you’re not a complete beginner, we recommend a quick 5–7 minute placement to match you with the right level.
What materials are included?
You’ll receive digital lesson slides, practice sheets, audio drills, and tailored vocab lists. We also suggest songs, podcasts, and real-life dialogues.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes—reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the lesson time with no fee. Late cancellations may be charged.
Do you offer group lessons?
Absolutely. Small groups (2–6 learners) are available for friends, families, or teams. Ask about group rates and schedules.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer and major cards via secure checkout. For local students, mobile money options are available on request.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes—upon completion of a course level, we issue a Certificate of Completion noting hours studied and topics covered.
